Delivery
We will endeavour to dispatch in-stock items within 1-2 days.
Delivery timescales are estimates and are not guaranteed. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence of the contract.
If a product is out of stock, we will notify you and provide an estimated dispatch date. You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch.
The risk in the goods shall pass to you upon delivery.
Returns, Refunds, and Your Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel a contract for the purchase of goods within 14 days of the day after you receive the goods (the “Cancellation Period”). You do not need to give a reason.
To cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., an email to [email protected]).
You must return the goods to us at your own cost, unused and in their original packaging, within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.
We will refund you the price you paid for the goods within 14 days of receiving them back. This refund does not include the standard delivery charge.

- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
