Should you wish to return purchased goods back to us, we will be happy to refund or exchange them provided they are totally unused and in a fully resalable condition within 28 days of purchase.

If you return the product and it is not in a  fully resalable condition or if the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

Any costs for re-delivery of the goods will be payable in advance by the customer.

If the goods have been removed from their original packaging and/or assembled, your right to cancel may be forfeited.

Should you wish to cancel or return any purchased products you will be required to contact sales@solonutrition.co.uk to obtain an official returns authorisation.  Goods must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt of the authorisation.

Where large products over 40Kg in weight are returned as unwanted, we reserve the right to make a charge of up to £80.00 to cover the collection costs and handling fee occurred as the result.

Changes to your order

You have a right to cancel your order and receive a full refund prior to goods being despatched.

In respect of non-perishable items, you have the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt of your goods in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging.  We ask that items are returned to us with their original packaging and with any tags intact.  You must also contact our sales@solonutrition.co.uk to notify us prior to returning the items.

In the case of items which include a hygiene or security seal, we ask that you exercise reasonable care by not removing the seals while examining the goods, unless you are certain that you intend to keep the goods.  In the event that any seals or tags are removed or tampered with, we shall not permit that item to be returned nor shall we refund the cost of this item to you.

We will arrange with you for cancelled non-perishable goods to be returned to us, and we will credit your payment card with the price of such goods within 14 days from the date you returned the goods to us (provided payment has already been debited to your payment card).

The cost of postage, packaging and the insurance relating to the return of unwanted goods back to our warehouse are fully the responsibility of the customer, furthermore the postage cost of the original consignment of the goods will be deducted from any refunds.
